there is an obvious typo, however ot sure that is right, as such permissions dont exist at all accodring to:

Get-AzProviderOperation -OperationSearchString 'Microsoft.ContainerService/managedClusters/*' | ? { $_.Operation -match 'snapshot' } | ft

oh wait, it actually exists. but why is this operation name wrong than? shouldn't it be managedClusterSnapshots? why is managedcluster single and not plural? confusing stuff.
